    I realized in this series that I have a very loud perfectionist critic inside pushing me. Not everything she says is the truth. I know what she really wants is for me to be the best version of myself, but if I question her a bit, I can figure out what is truly best for me. Thank you for this series.

    Came back to share that yesterday it was raining off and on here all day so I walked to the park next door, went off trail to find a dry spot and did this practice within a cozy nature filled space… squirrels running through the trees above me, rain drops glistening all around me!!! It was absolutely glorious!!! Thank you so much for these standing, no prop classes. My heart and soul felt recharged from your gifts 🙏🏻 Hope your hubby has a happy Father’s Day and you all are enjoying some family time

    Right on target Dr. Melissa, I live in a dangerous area where I have my guard up as a daily means for my own survival- so many shootings and violence everywhere I go, but when I see true loving souls in the areas where I go to my heart opens up and accepts my new friends who are like minded, healthy lifestyles kind of folk who get the message of living as we were meant to live.     As a 63 year old woman I had Mourton’s Neuroma in the bottom of my left foot for about a month. The pain was preventing me from getting out and I couldn’t stand/sit/sleep for long. I finally went to see a Podiatrist about the pain. He identified the pain/problem and gave me simple instructions to help. He said to elevate my legs against a wall at 90 degree angle (as close as I can). Do this at least 3 times a day for 20 to 30 minutes a day. Within 3 days, the pain was getting less and less. I also felt good too. Within 3 weeks I had no more pain or symptoms and this it has stayed this way for 3 years so far. It doesn’t cost anything and elevating has so many side benefits.😊
